Subscription fees

• 14-day free trial on all paid plans — cancel inside the trial and we never charge.
• Monthly plans: charges are non-refundable, but you can cancel any time and you keep access until the end of the paid period.
• Annual plans: if you cancel within the first 30 days, we refund the unused portion. After that we keep the remainder of the term, except where consumer-protection law (e.g. EU distance-selling rules, Tüketici Kanunu) requires otherwise.

Add-on services

• Domain registrations: non-refundable once registered — the registrar charges us up-front.
• AI credit top-ups: non-refundable once spent. Unused credits expire 12 months after purchase.
• Custom development / migration: billed up front; cancel before kick-off for a 95% refund (5% covers scoping work).

Storefront transactions (your customers)

Refunds your customers ask for are governed by your own store’s policy — we don’t set that, you do. Operate a clear, jurisdiction-compliant policy and link it from your storefront. We process refunds the operator initiates within 1 business day; the chargeback window is determined by the card network.

Refused or chargeback transactions

If a customer files a chargeback, the platform commission for that transaction is reversed. The processing fee charged by Stripe / Iyzico may be retained by them per their terms.

How to request a refund

Email billing@usenuvi.com from the email on your account with the invoice number. We respond within 5 business days.
